All payments will be charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) / United States Dollars (USD) only.

We offer worldwide delivery, subject to carrier’s service coverage areas.

Our customer service representative will contact you for delivery arrangement after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this, you can check your order status via the carrier’s tracking system.

*Please note your parcel may be subject to duties, taxes and other additional charges depending on your shipping destination. Migo will not be responsible for any taxes related charge(s) and customers shall bear any fees that might incur.

Due to product design characteristics and international trading agreements, shipping restrictions may apply to some brands and products.

Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining the products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.

Your order will be packed with special care for added protection during delivery. Warranty card, catalog and tag (if any) will also be included.

Please contact us for international delivery arrangement and shipping cost. Before we can ship your order, we may need to confirm some additional details with your card issuer and that the payment is valid. This can take slightly longer during sale or for customized items. Please note that adverse weather conditions and international customs are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.

Yes, Migo Watches offier pickup at our Hong Kong showroom.

Product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of all duties and taxes. When making a purchase, you agree to pay any taxes and charges levied by your selected country of destination.

As such, you will be responsible for the required duties and taxes levied by the destination country. The actual amount charged is solely decided by your local custom office.

Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs. Our carrier, will contact the package receiver locally with details of any import duty or additional handling charges to be paid.

We are not able to provide you an exact time on when a watch will be back in stock. But please contact us if you would like to be on the waitlist for a specific watch. As soon as the watch is available again, we will contact you.
